About The Team
Clinical Lead - Adam Fellows
I’m Adam Fellows, a Chartered Physiotherapist (CSP & HCPC registered) currently completing my MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice at Manchester Metropolitan University after qualifying with First Class honours at Keele University in Physiotherapy. I bring over a decade of experience across elite sport, NHS primary care, and private MSK settings.
I currently work on a casual basis with Manchester City FC Academy, supporting adolescent athletes with injury prevention and rehabilitation. Prior to this, I held full-time roles with West Bromwich Albion FC, along with working for The FA Women’s England pathway, where I spent several years delivering high-performance physiotherapy across national and club-level environments.
Alongside my sports work, I manage a complex MSK caseload within a GP practice, where I independently assess, diagnose, and coordinate care—including requesting MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, referring onto orthopaedic consultants and blood investigations. I’m also injection-qualified and trained as a First Contact Practitioner, with a strong focus on evidence-based, patient-centred care.

I honestly can’t recommend Ad highly enough. After injuring my back in the gym, I spent two weeks completely off work and even needed a couple of hospital visits. During the first week I couldn’t walk properly, sit up, or even get up the stairs. Once I finally regained a bit of mobility and was able to return to work, I booked in with Ad — he had advised giving it a week or two until I could physically make it to him! From the moment I started working with him, everything changed. His knowledge is second to none and every bit of advice he gave me made a real difference. The treatment sessions, combined with the tailored programme he put together for me, got me back training and ultimately got me through my Hyrox event in Dublin — something that felt impossible just a few weeks before. I’m still doing the stretches and exercises he gave me, and I’ll 100% be booking in again for ongoing maintenance.
